WorldStage– Access Holdings Plc has announced that its Board of Directors approved the Group’s Audited Interim Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2026.
The decision was reached during the board’s meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026. According to a corporate disclosure signed by Company Secretary Sunday Ekwochi and submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the official publication of the financial results remains subject to final regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

The company confirmed that full details of the performance will be released to the public immediately upon receiving the CBN’s clearance.
In compliance with the Issuers’ Rules of the NGX, Access Holdings stated that its trading Closed Period will remain in effect.
Consequently, all insiders and their connected persons are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the securities of the company until 24 hours after the audited results are officially made public.
