WorldStage Newsonline– From a profit after tax forecast of N775 million for fourth quarter (Q4) 2020, MRS Oil Nigeria Plc, a major oil marketing firm has released a result of a N725.027 million loss for the period as against N182.849 million loss in Q4 2019.
Also in its 2020 4th quarter financial statements released at the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Friday, the group’s revenue for the Q4 dropped to N9.810 billion from N17.631 billion in 2019.
Meanwhile, the group’s revenue for the full year dropped to N41.349 billion compared with N64.909 billion while loss for the period increased to N1.792 billion compared with N1.704 billion in 2019.
WorldStage earlier reported MRS Oil’s statement of comprehensive forecast for fourth quarter 2020 with revenue projected at N125.396 billion, profit after tax of N775 million and 254k earnings per share.
