WorldStage Newsonline– Zenith Bank Plc, one of Nigeria’s biggest bank has issued a notification of share dealing by insiders involving Mr Ebenezer Onyeagwu, Group Managing Director/CEO who purchased 1000,000 units at N17.05 which amounted to N17,050,000 on September 16, 2020.
Similarly, in another notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange signed by Michael Osilama Otu, Company Secretary, Mr Ahmed Umar Shuaib, an Executive Director of the bank was said to have purchased 2,000,000 units at N16.99 which amounted to N33,980,000 the same day.
The value of the two transactions amounted to N51,050,000
