WorldStage– Zenith Bank Plc has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, October 29, 2026, to review and approve the group’s unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.
In a corporate disclosure submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on September 30, 2026, and signed by Company Secretary Michael Osilama Otu, the bank confirmed that it has declared a closed period for trading in its shares starting October 1, 2026.
Under the NGX post-listing rules, the closed trading period applies to all insiders of the bank and their connected persons, prohibiting them from directly or indirectly dealing in Zenith Bank shares. The restriction will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 financial results are officially released to the public.
