According to a formal notification of share dealing by insiders signed by Company Secretary/General Counsel Johnson Lebile and submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on September 25, 2026, the transactions were executed on the trading floor in Lagos across two consecutive trading sessions.
