WorldStage Newsonline– Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has confirmed the retirement of Prof (Mrs) Rosemary Egonmwan as its non-executive director/chairman effective 10th March, 2024 having completed her tenure.
The company in a notice at the Nigerian Exchange said the board had appointed Mr Zakari M. Saka, a non-executive director, as the incoming chairman with effect from 11 March 2024.
