WorldStage– United Capital Plc has officially announced that its Board of Directors will convene in Lagos on Friday, October 23, 2026. The primary purpose of the meeting is to review and consider the company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026.
In compliance with the post-listing regulations of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), United Capital Plc has also declared a closed trading period starting October 1, 2026.
During this timeframe, key company insiders—including directors, employees, and connected persons—are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly trading in the shares or securities of the company. The trading restriction will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 financial results are officially submitted to the NGX and published to the general public.
