WorldStage– Non-interest lender Jaiz Bank Plc has officially declared the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026.
According to a notice released to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and signed on September 29, 2026, the directive complies with Rule 17.18(a) of the Rulebook of the Exchange (2015, Issuers’ Rules).
The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the bank’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026, are officially released to the NGX and the public.
During this period, all insiders of Jaiz Bank Plc—including directors, key management personnel, advisers, and connected persons—are strictly prohibited from trading or dealing in the bank’s shares.
