WorldStage Newsonline– Union Homes Real Estate Investment Trust (UH REIT), which provides unit holders access to investments in approved portfolio, has released its statement of comprehensive income for the year ended 31 December 2020 with an increase in total income to N558.732 million from N552.901 million in 2019.
The fund grew its net income by 8.27% to N379.557 million from N350.578 million in 2019.
The report also showed that basic earnings per share rose to N2.02 from N1.86 in previous year.
UH REIT is a closed-ended Fund primarily involved in acquiring investment properties which are held for capital appreciation.
The fund incorporated under the laws of Nigeria commenced business on February 3rd, 2009.
