WorldStage– PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc has announced the resignation of Mr. Kareem Moustafa from its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director, effective September 28, 2026.
The notification, issued on September 30, 2026, and signed by the Company Secretary, Oghenekevwe Ogefere, officially communicated the board change to shareholders, the investing public, and the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
