The Redemeers Men’s Fellowship of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Lagos Province 71 (LP71), Divine Connection Zone is set to hold its first Annual Week with a Business Summit with the theme: ‘For Christians Not Be Poor, To Avoid Conflicts And Financial Crises’ on Sunday, May 15, 2022.
According to a statement by the organizing committee of the week, the lead paper of the summit which will hold at the Divine Connection Zone, 15, Ogundele Street, Ejigun Agede, Ado-Ota, Ogun State by 11.00AM will be delivered by Pastor (Prof.) Solomon Adekunle Bello, Pastor in Charge of LP71.
“After the lead presentation, there will be a panel discussion of the theme “Business Opportunities to Achieve Financial Freedom”, the statement said.
The list of the panelists with Brother Babatunde Awe as Moderator include Pastor Praise, Pastor Otokiti Williams, Brother Durosanya Oluwatosin, Mummy Alayaki, Brother Gideon Timothy, Mummy Sofola Susan, and Dcn Aladeyelu.
The statement said as part of programmes to mark the week, there will be couples outing on the Saturday May 14, 2022 in a relaxed atmosphere where members can participate in sporting activities like football, Ludo, Ayo, table tennis, basketball and also check blood pressure, general health fitness and refreshment.
Pastor Joel O. Adewuyi, Pastor in Charge of Divine Connection Zone called on members in the Areas and Parishes under the zone to fully participate in the programmes, saying it’s the first of its kind in the zone.
On the reason behind the Zonal Men Fellowship, Zonal Redemeers Men’s Fellowship Co-ordinator, Mr Segun Adeleye said “it’s a bigger forum for us to network and learn from others.”
He said the fact that many of the churches were small should not stop them from reaching out to others and operate at a larger forum. “We must be conscious of the examples of great opportunities out there, like our Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, being a Redeemite. We can network with personalities like him going forward if we are unity and strong,” he said.
