WorldStage Newsonline– John Holt Plc has announced the resignation of one of its Directors, Mr. Sheriff Yussuf.
A notice at the Nigerian Exchange signed by Ada Nkwocha, Company Secretary said Mr. Sheriff Yussuf was an independent Non Executive Director on the Board of the Company before his resignation which took effect 31st December, 2021.
