WorldStage– Nestlé Nigeria PLC has officially notified shareholders, the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), and the investing public of the commencement of its closed period ahead of the release of its unaudited financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2026.
According to a corporate disclosure issued on September 28, 2026, the trading restriction takes effect on October 1, 2026. During this period, no director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibility, adviser, or connected person may directly or indirectly deal in the shares or securities of the company.
The closed period will remain in place until 24 hours after the company’s Q3 2026 financial results are officially published via the NGX portal.
In addition, the Board of Directors of Nestlé Nigeria PLC is scheduled to meet on October 28, 2026, to consider and approve the Q3 financial statements among other corporate matters.
The announcement was made in compliance with the Listing Rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited to ensure transparency and prevent insider trading ahead of major market updates.
