WorldStage– NASCON Allied Industries Plc (“Nascon”) has officially announced the commencement of a closed period effective October 1, 2026, ahead of the release of its third-quarter financial statements for the period ending September 30, 2026.
In a notification issued to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and signed by Company Secretary Oluseun Oluwole, the company stated that the trading restriction applies to all corporate insiders, including directors, employees, and connected persons who possess price-sensitive information.
Under the rules of the NGX, insiders and their connected persons are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly trading in the shares of Nascon during this period.
The closed period will remain in place until twenty-four (24) hours after the company’s Q3 2026 financial results are officially published on the NGX Issuers’ Portal.
