WorldStage Newsonline– Cutix Plc, a Nigerian quoted firm which manufactures and markets electrical, automobile and telecommunication wires, cables and related products has issued a notice of share dealing by insiders involving 345,321 shares purchase by Dr Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike, a substantial shareholder at N1.70 per share which amounted to N587,045.7.
The notice signed by Nwokporo Chinwendu, Company Secretary said 300,000 shares were purchased on 18th September 2020 and 45,321 purchased on 21st September 2020.
