WorldStage– Custodian Investment Plc has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to hold on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
According to an official notification issued to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, the board will convene to deliberate on and approve the company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026 (Q3 2026 UFS).
In compliance with the post-listing requirements of the NGX, Custodian Investment Plc has also commenced a closed period for trading in its shares effective Thursday, October 1, 2026.
The trading restriction will remain in force until twenty-four (24) hours after the Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements are publicly disclosed to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the general investing public. During this timeframe, key insiders, directors, and persons with access to material non-public information are prohibited from dealing in the securities of the company.
