WorldStage Newsonline– Learn Africa Plc has issued a notice that its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the company’s head office, Felix Iwerebon House, 52, Oba Akran, Ikeja , Lagos on Thursday 15th October 2020 at 11am.
The notice sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange said the meeting will be to lay before the members, the report of directors and the Audited Financial statement for the year ended 31st March 2020; and to consider for approval a l dividend of N38,572,500.38 at 5k per 50k ordinary share.
The notice said dividend payment will be on 16th October 2020 to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members at the close of work on 2nd October 2020.
The register of members are to be closed from 5th October to 9th for the purpose of updating it.
