In a notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) signed by Chris-Olumayowa Meseko, Company Secretary, a dividend of N8.25k for every share of 50k will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as at the close of business on the 29th September, 2020.
The notice said the register of shareholders will close on September 30 to October 5, 2020 while on 15 October dividends will be paid electronically to share holder whose name appear as at 29 September 2020.
