WorldStage– Underwriting firm Coronation Insurance Plc has formally notified shareholders and the investing public that its 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will hold virtually on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
According to a regulatory filing submitted to the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), the meeting will allow shareholders to consider and vote on ordinary business transactions alongside key strategic resolutions.
