WorldStage Newsonline– Eterna Plc has confirmed the resignation of Mr Benjamin Nwaezeigwe as MD/CEO of the company effective 8th April 2024.
In a notice at the Nigerian Exchange, the company said the board has appointed Mr Abiola Luckman Lawal as a replacement effective 15th April 2024 subject to ratification by shareholders at the next AGM.
Nwaezeigwe was said to have served for two years.
The notice said Lawal who most recently worked as Deputy MD/CFO at Eroton Exploration and Production Company Limited has a proven record of positive performance in executive leadership at multiple C-Suite level roles locally and internationally.
