It is a member of the Dangote Group has released its unaudited financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026 with 25.8% growth in profit to N19.603 billion from N15,579 billion in H1 2025
Key financial highlights of the financial statements approved by the Board on 28 July 2026 and signed by Managing Director Aderemi Saka and Acting Financial Controller Oladimeji Sorinmade include Operating Profit at N24.526 billion up by15% from N21.325 billion; Profit Before Taxation at N29.702 billion up by 28% from N23.278 billion; Basic & Diluted EPS (Kobo) at 1,451 up by 25.7% from 1,154.
Second Quarter (April–June) also showed year-on-year improvement in both revenue and profit.Balance Sheet Position as at 30 June 2026
It’s total assets at approximately ₦161.56 billion (significantly higher than the position a year earlier; total equity was strengthened by the higher retained earnings while cash and cash equivalents remained healthy
The Company continued to generate strong operating cash flows. Dividends were paid during the period, reflecting management’s commitment to shareholder returns.
The improved half-year performance reflects better operational efficiency, sustained demand for its core products, and effective cost management.
