WorldStage– Coronation Infrastructure Fund (CIF) has announced the launch of its Series II Offer of up to ₦20 billion under its ₦200 billion Shelf Programme.
Coronation Infrastructure Fund – Series 2 Announcement, dated 3 August 2026, filed with the Nigerian Exchange Group signed by Aigbovbioise Aig-Imoukhuede said the offer involves the issuance of 186,915,887 units at ₦107.00 per unit.
It is now open to investors seeking exposure to Nigeria’s infrastructure debt market.The Coronation Infrastructure Fund is a Naira-denominated, closed-end infrastructure debt fund managed by Coronation Asset Management Limited. It is authorised and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is intended to be listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX).
The Fund provides investors with access to a diversified portfolio of infrastructure debt investments across key sectors of the Nigerian economy, including: Transportation, Energy, Utilities, Telecommunications, Social infrastructure, and Real estate
With current Assets under Management (AuM) of over ₦9.2 billion, the successful completion of the Series II Offer is expected to increase the Fund’s AuM to more than ₦30 billion. The additional capital will enable the Fund to finance a larger pipeline of eligible, creditworthy infrastructure projects that meet its investment criteria and risk management standards.According to the Fund, the Series II Offer gives investors the opportunity to participate in an asset class that combines the potential for stable income generation with meaningful developmental impact, while supporting Nigeria’s long-term economic growth.
