WorldStage– Non-Executive Director of ABC Transport Plc, Nneji Francis Uzor, has acquired a total of 658,796 units of the company’s common shares in a series of transactions conducted on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
According to an official notification of share dealing by insiders filed with the NGX on September 30, 2026, the transactions took place between September 25 and September 29, 2026.
The share purchases were executed in three separate tranches at varying prices: 158,796 units at ₦4.85 per share; 443,222 units at ₦6.15 per share; and 56,778 units at ₦6.10 per share
The aggregate transaction reflects an average purchase price of ₦5.70 per share, bringing the total value of the insider acquisition to approximately ₦3,755,137.The disclosure, signed by Company Secretary Chuma C. Chigbo, complies with the regulatory requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited regarding insider share transactions.
