WorldStage– Cornerstone Insurance Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders and the investing public that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Thursday, 29 October 2026.
The meeting, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Complex, 21 Water Corporation Drive, Off Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, will consider the company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q3 UFS 2026).
In compliance with NGX rules on closed periods, the company has placed a restriction on trading in its securities by insiders effective from 1 October 2026.
The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q3 results are released to the public.
The upcoming board meeting is of particular interest to investors as it is expected to pave the way for the release of Cornerstone Insurance’s third-quarter performance figures. Market participants will be monitoring key indicators such as gross premium written, underwriting results, investment income, profitability and overall balance sheet strength in the insurance sector.
