WorldStage– NPF Microfinance Bank Plc has announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Friday, October 23, 2026, to consider and approve the bank’s Q3 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending September 30, 2026.
The bank officially notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders, and the investing public of the upcoming meeting in a statement released on September 30, 2026, signed by the Company Secretary, Mrs. Osaro J. Idemudia.
In compliance with the NGX Rule on Closed Period (as amended), NPF Microfinance Bank has declared a closed period effective from October 1, 2026. The trading restriction will remain in place until 24 hours after the Q3 Unaudited Financial Statements are published to the public via the NGX Issuer Portal.
During this period, all insiders of the bank, including directors, employees, and their connected persons, are prohibited from directly or indirectly trading or dealing in the shares of NPF Microfinance Bank Plc.
