WorldStage– Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc has informed the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and its key stakeholders of a potential delay in submitting its Audited Financial Statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2026.
According to an official corporate announcement issued on August 10, 2026, the financial institution indicated that the filing—originally due by August 28, 2026—may experience slight adjustments.
The group explained that it is currently finalizing the audit process for the half-year results. Following the completion of the audit, the financial statements will be submitted to primary regulators for formal review and approval.
Stanbic IBTC assured investors and regulators that it is actively working to expedite the process, stating that the audited results will be submitted to the NGX immediately upon receiving all necessary regulatory sign-offs. The submission is expected to take place either before or shortly after the statutory deadline of August 28, 2026.
